Position: Off Plan Sales Consultant (Remote)

Up to 50% Commission | Commission Only with 3-4 Month Salary Retainer

Our client is scaling their international sales division and is looking for an Off Plan Consultant who can hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and wants the freedom to build their own rhythm. The business is led by a proven top seller in the UK investment space who understands what high performance looks like and has created a platform that rewards it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speak with prospective investors to understand their goals
  • Handle inbound enquiries and present accurate information
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active clients
  • Guide clients through the decision‑making and negotiation process
  • Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options
  • Clearly communicate the rationale behind each recommendation
What We’re Looking For:
  • Direct UAE off plan or property investment sales experience
  • 3-4+ years in property investment or real estate sales
  • Confident selling remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
  • Strong closer with a consultative approach
  • Dubai or emerging market experience is a bonus
