• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099 role)

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and sales technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment
• A proactive approach to learning and self-improvement
