Remote Business Development Executive

In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our partner's impact in the healthcare industry, working closely with C-level and VP-level stakeholders across multiple states. Your ability to build trusted relationships and provide tailored solutions will be critical to driving growth and success.

You will manage a diverse territory and leverage your knowledge of healthcare operations to create impactful partnerships and drive sales initiatives. The role is designed for a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic remote environment.

• Prospect and build relationships with health systems, hospitals, and public sector healthcare entities.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers including CFOs and CEOs.
• Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory management and CRM documentation.
• Leverage internal SMEs for successful client handoffs and satisfaction.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings for relationship development.
• Travel for client meetings and team collaborations as needed (25%-50%).

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle functions.
• Existing relationships and proven success in healthcare sales.
• Ability to engage senior executives in consultative sales.
• Track record of exceeding growth goals within healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in growth-related roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
• Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of the hospital revenue cycle and competitive landscape.
