Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year + Commission. Potential to earn $100k+ per year

Delta Security Service is a trusted provider of professional security solutions, specializing in commercial, residential, and event security. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and customized protection plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct client consultations to assess security needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and completed agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.

• Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in sales related to the security industry.
• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with security services is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
