Senior Analyst, Sales Operations

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

My client is building a high-impact Commercial Operations team and needs a data-driven Sales Operations leader to optimize systems, elevate analytics, and drive sales force effectiveness. This is a visible, hands-on role where your insights and operational rigor will directly shape commercial success in neurology.

• Own Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI platforms; manage vendors and enhancements
• Lead quarterly incentive comp updates, targeting, and territory alignment
• Build dashboards and analyze KPIs using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Support forecasting, goal setting, and sales performance tracking
• Develop and deliver training for field sales and home office teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Hands-on expertise with Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL proficiency preferred
• Strong understanding of incentive comp, targeting, and CRM governance
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to train non-technical teams
