Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Specialty Sales Representative at Roof Authority. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with custom home builders and working closely with the technical team to align customer needs with appropriate solutions. The role involves presenting project estimates, negotiating contracts, tracking project progress, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.

Qualifications
  • Established network and experience in custom home construction as a vendor or sub-trade
  • Proven abilities in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, including complex metal roofing, specialty materials, and high-end asphalt systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project tracking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using sales software tools and CRMs
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle remote work responsibilities
