We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full‑time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for our fitness programs and services. You will play a key role in helping us reach out to potential clients and grow our customer base.

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our fitness programs and services
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication
• Keep track of appointments and update the team on the status of each lead
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential clients
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Passion for health and fitness is a plus

This is a full‑time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home, but you must be available to work during regular business hours in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
