Inside Sales Representative

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

** Ability to walk customers up the buying ladder and provide an optimal Purple experience. Maintain in-depth, detailed, current knowledge of all products, prices, promotions, and warranty/returns/refunds policies and procedures.
** Required Skills, Education,

Experience:

** One to two years of sales experience (Contact Center experience a plus)

Experience with sales CRM’s, order processing systems, and customer engagement tools. Knowledge of mattress/sleep products industry helpful Top-notch sales skills with familiarity in various sales methodologies

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, competitive environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Superior computer literacy, typing, and multi-tasking skills

Remote work experience helpful
