Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships. This role offers unlimited income potential through a 100% commission-based compensation structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales:
    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
    • Build a strong pipeline of clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
    • Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies and industry trends.
    • Negotiate terms of business and service agreements to close deals.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Client Relationship Building:
    • Understand and assess clients' recruitment needs, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of satisfaction by managing client expectations effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and agreements.
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
