Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships. This role offers unlimited income potential through a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and recruitment opportunities.
- Build a strong pipeline of clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies and industry trends.
- Negotiate terms of business and service agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Understand and assess clients' recruitment needs, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction by managing client expectations effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and agreements.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- 100% commission-based compensation with no cap on earnings.
