• Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
• Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and build solid relationships with them
• Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination

• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Genuine interest in helping people and providing high-quality service.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec).
• Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported).
• 100% Remote
• $67K+ avg 1st year; $118K avg 2nd year commission + bonuses
