Bray Commercial Division is a leading provider of electronic control valves and actuators, driving innovation in the commercial building automation marketplace. We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Manager to join our team and capitalize on growth opportunities in Ontario.

Position Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional to enhance their career in sales. As the Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through direct engagement with controls contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers and end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with HVAC contractors and potential customers through various communication channels.
  • Educate clients on Bray Commercial product offerings via presentations, meetings, and discussions.
  • Provide technical support and propose solutions to customer challenges.
  • Track HVAC projects and develop winning project strategies, including influencing specifications and coordinating bids.
  • Prepare quotations based on project specifications and customer needs.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain detailed records of project opportunities using CRM software (MSD
    365).
  • Conduct technical presentations for customers.
  • Prospects for new customers and opportunities to expand Bray Commercial's reach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3–10 years of relevant experience in the Commercial HVAC industry.
  • Experience with control contracting is required.
  • Knowledge of building automation and DDC products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal automobile for business use.

Additional Information:

  • Must have suitable home office space
  • Must meet Bray’s Drivers Policy, including maintaining current auto liability insurance.
  • Background check will be performed.
