Remote Sales Executive - Outbound Focus

• Base wage of $17.05 per hour (up to $17.85 per hour in BC)
• Uncapped bonus earning potential
• Full-time hours with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST
• Fully remote position with necessary equipment provided

• Make outbound calls primarily to new or past customers
• Upsell and offer additional products and services based on customer needs
• Stay informed about the latest internet, mobile services, programming, and TV packages
• Build rapport with customers while effectively overcoming objections
• Consistently meet or exceed various key performance indicator (KPI) targets

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment focused on outbound sales
• Strong ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections
• Desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven sales environment
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask using various software applications
• Ability to connect a computer directly to a modem using an Ethernet cable while working

• Experience in the telecom or technology industry
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
