Position: Outbound Sales Specialist (Telecommunications) - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Connect with customers nationwide through outbound calls for retention, sales, and services
  • Promote and recommend products and services to customers
  • Manage call flows, ensuring first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on products and services to create needs and meet financial objectives
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain high professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Mandatory experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
  • High-speed internet connection (10MB or greater) and a secure workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with remote work setups and Ethernet connections
  • Familiarity with Apple or Android devices (not mandatory)
