Nuvo is a next-generation cross-chain settlement middleware designed to solve "Capital Inefficiency" and "Payment Friction" in the crypto economy. We are building the rails that allow funds to teleport instantly across chains. We are currently in the "scale-up" phase, moving from successful pilots to aggressive market expansion.
The RoleWe are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive the adoption of Nuvo in the physical world. Crypto Exchange Shops, OTC counters, and Bitcoin ATM operators currently face long queues and lost revenue while customers wait for blockchain confirmations. Your mission is to sell Nuvo Verify (our Instant QR-Code POS solution) to physical merchants to solve "counter latency," while strategically upselling Nuvo Settlement to solve their backend liquidity needs.
Key Responsibilities- Network Expansion: Drive the adoption of Nuvo Verify among physical crypto exchange shops, OTC counters, and Bitcoin ATM operators globally.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrate to shop owners how Nuvo's QR-code workflow reduces customer wait times from ~15 minutes to seconds, directly increasing their daily transaction volume.
- Tech-Enabled Outreach: Utilize AI and automation tools to identify prospects and personalize outreach at scale.
- Channel Sales: Identify and close deals with regional ATM software providers or shop aggregators to deploy Nuvo across hundreds of locations simultaneously.
- Onboarding & Success: Create a seamless onboarding experience for non-technical shop staff, ensuring they are comfortable using the Nuvo dashboard and POS tools.
- Upsell Strategy: Build deep trust with shop owners to eventually introduce Nuvo Settlement features to help them manage backend liquidity capital efficiency.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience selling payment solutions, POS software, or financial products to physical retailers, SMBs, or OTC desks.
- Industry Insight: You understand the operational flow of a Crypto ATM or an OTC exchange shop (Cash-in/Cash-out friction).
- Global Hustle: Ability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts (e.g., Asia, Lat Am, MENA).
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable demonstrating live products (QR code scanning, dashboard management) to non-technical users.
- Language: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or other regional languages is a strong plus.
