Compensation:
Base pay CA $100,000 – CA $130,000 per year + commission.

Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with partners to build new business across the North America – West territory.
- Drive partner engagement, adoption, and satisfaction with our solutions.
- Lead educational sessions to deepen partner and customer understanding of new and existing features.
- Act as the domain expert for the reseller base.
- Identify and log upsell opportunities in the CRM, ensuring maximum revenue.
- Advocate partner and customer needs internally across departments.
- Create and sustain customer advocates to generate strong references, referrals, and case studies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date communications, conversations, and correspondence with customers.
- Contribute to, author, and edit customer‑facing proposals and content.
- 7–10 years of experience in software sales.
- Experience in the contact center industry is ideal.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and over‑achievement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with partners and customers alike.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing short‑ and long‑term priorities.
- Professional with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative strategies for product adoption.
- Flexible personality thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Multitasker with the ability to adjust priorities on‑the‑fly.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and relationship building.

This position is fully remote. Candidates are expected to work from a home office in Toronto or Western Canada. The head office is located at 7777 Weston Road, corner of Highway 7 and Weston Road, Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.
