Position: Regional Sales Director, NG SIEM (Remote, Central Region)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide management oversight to sales specialists to drive sales strategy and goal attainment
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with the sales management team
  • Communicate corporate strategy to team members
  • Establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas aligned with objectives
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure sales goals are met
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager
  • Experience in leading/managing senior sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach
  • A Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional peers across various departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in selling Log and Security Management, especially SaaS products
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • MEDDPICC sales methodology experience
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
  • Demonstrated experience working with sales organizations and technical teams
