Job Summary

We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) with exceptional cold calling skills to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting a high-volume of cold calls, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you're resilient, confident on the phone, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
  • Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
  • Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet daily/weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
  • Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
Requirements
  • 1+ years of xperience working in or selling to the logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain industry
  • Outbound prospecting experience (cold calling and cold emailing)
  • Experience booking qualified meetings for Account Executives or Sales Managers
  • CRM usage experience (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Experience researching accounts and identifying decision-makers
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting KPIs
