Canadian Recreation Solutions (CRS) | Western Canada | Hybrid / Remote
Canadian Recreation Solutions is an award-winning provider of commercial playgrounds and outdoor recreation spaces across Western Canada. From schools and municipalities to developers and design teams, we help bring great outdoor spaces to life—playgrounds, site amenities, dog parks, and outdoor fitness.
We’re hiring arelationship-driven, results-focused hunterwho can generate new opportunities quickly, build a strong pipeline, and turn relationships into won projects.
What you’ll do- Build relationships with
Landscape Architects,
municipal clients, school boards, developers, and design partners
. - Drive new business through consistent outbound activity: calls, emails, networking, events, and meetings
- Educate clients on our products and value-added design services
- Work with our internal design team to support concepts, budget pricing, and proposals
- Prepare quotes and formal proposals that maximize customer value and align with scope/tender requirements
- Maintain a clean, active CRM pipeline with clear next steps and follow-up discipline
- Support inbound leads—but stay
outbound-first
and growth-focused
- You’ve built momentum with regular meetings booked weekly
- You’ve developed a qualified pipeline with real timelines and next steps
- You’re creating opportunity across multiple channels (municipal, school, developer, and design community)
- You’re becoming a trusted resource clients come back to early in a project

- Organized:you follow up, track activity, and manage a pipeline consistently

- Proven success in sales / business development (construction, parks, outdoor products, building materials, recreation, or related industries is a bonus)
- Comfort working with a range of stakeholders (municipal staff, educators, developers, and design professionals)
- Strong CRM habits and professional communication across phone, email, and Zoom
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to meet clients in-market as needed
- Competitive base + uncapped commission
- Hybrid and flexible (office days as needed)
