Business Development Consultant; Remote

• Manage business development efforts within a designated 2-5 state territory
• Schedule and conduct webinars and face-to‑face meetings with prospective clients to secure contracts
• Travel to your designated region for client meetings five days each month
• Build rapport with hospital and practice administrators to understand their recruitment needs
• Maintain organization within the territory and provide timely follow‑up communication

• Minimum of two years of healthcare business development experience
• Sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in alignment with the organization's core values:

• College degree preferred
• Experience in building relationships with hospital CEOs and healthcare executives
