AboutThe Role
This role is a professional entry point into B2B SaaS sales, ideal for early-career and graduate candidates who want to build strong sales fundamentals. The SDR role focuses on communication, discovery, and process-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities- Execute a discovery call to share the Company Value Proposition, ask standardized questions, and secure the next deep dive meeting to be led by the account executive
- Make calls, emails, and Linked In messages to prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
- Identify decision makers in prospect businesses, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions via templates and approved materials to begin sales cycle
- Set deep dive/demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort speaking with professionals in a U.S. business environment
- Academic, internship, or customer-facing experience
- Interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales
- Prior sales or SDR experience is helpful but not required
- Customer-facing or internship experience is highly valued
- Coachability and communication matter more than prior titles
