The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Higher Education Sector Sales Lead to convert marketing-qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and positioning our AI solutions for education as essential tools for universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the higher education sector
  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers (CIO, COO, Vice Chancellor)
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations and AI solution demos
  • Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams
  • Forecast pipeline and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or Ed Tech
  • Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of higher education challenges
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI solutions
  • Previous sales management experience is a plus
