- College Degree
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a sales / business development role
- Knowledge of IT services and Cloud services, but not mandatory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Must be able to multi‑task and have excellent follow‑up and follow‑through abilities
- Works continuously towards self‑development to stay current on information technology services
- Excellent business communication skills

Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via outbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the CSS Sales Team. Supports the Sales Team through the completely opportunity lifecycle. Performs database and record keeping activities. Uses AI to identify new campaign ideas and develop the go‑to‑market plan and associated KPIs. Monitors campaign progress and results.
WhatYou’ll Do
Match customers’ business challenges to CSS service solutions, working with sales and business development to develop campaigns and initiatives that grow our business. You’ll engage new and existing customers by phone, email, and social selling.
- Identify sales opportunities in new and existing Oracle customers
- Use online apps to understand and connect with your clients
- Make calls to customers and prospects
- Set up customer meetings and create sales pipeline
- Develop communication and social selling skills
- Analyze data to improve customer outreach
- Work to meet and exceed quarterly objectives
- Be curious, organized, and ready to grow
