A globally recognised supplier of high-speed packaging machinery is looking to grow its UK training division.

This is not a pure trainer role.

This is a Sales Executive focused on training solutions.

You will work with an established customer base, identifying opportunities to sell structured training packages, increase uptake across under-utilised accounts, and promote the long-term value of operator and engineering development.

You won’t deliver the in-depth technical training modules yourself — but you will:

• Sell the training

• Present the overview

• Shape the package

• Drive adoption

• Grow the revenue

What You’ll Be Doing

* Identify training opportunities within existing accounts

* Promote structured training programmes to engineering and production teams

* Position training as a commercial and operational advantage

* Present and introduce training packages at customer sites

* Work alongside internal technical teams to coordinate delivery

* Develop growth plans for the UK training division

* Build relationships with service, engineering and plant management stakeholders

Ideal Background

* Experience with in packaging machinery or high-speed automation

* Technical credibility with production or engineering teams

* Experience selling technical solutions or services

* Ability to communicate confidently at all levels

* Commercially driven but relationship-led

* Comfortable working autonomously

Food manufacturing sector exposure is highly advantageous.
