Wellington Place Construction is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage inbound modular home inquiries in East Tennessee.
This is a commission-only, independent contractor (1099) role focused on qualifying buyers, guiding home selection, coordinating pricing, and driving clean contracts to execution-ready handoff.
This position is inbound leads only — no cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation. No construction management or site supervision.
Ideal candidates have experience in real estate, construction sales, or high-ticket consultative sales, and are comfortable working independently within a structured, systems-driven process.
Commission ranges from 1.5%–3.0% per closed deal
