- Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers to qualify opportunities and design tailored technical solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions with 911 centers and public safety agencies to understand their challenges
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical workshops tailored to the agency’s environment
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for the platform architecture and integrations
- Build trust with agency decision-makers and represent the employer at industry events
- Several years of experience working directly in or selling to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) or emergency communications environments
- 3–7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant within software/SaaS sales
- Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven presentation and consultative selling skills with a track record of enabling sales teams
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer meetings and industry events
- Previous hands-on experience in a PSAP or emergency communications role
- Familiarity with leading public safety platforms
- Experience designing onboarding or sales enablement programs
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and funding mechanisms
- Experience integrating with public safety technologies such as CAD and NG911 systems
