12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

INDEPENDENT NETWORK is a network organisation representing only the best local uPVC window and door installers in the industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Membership Consultants (1 North, 1 South) to join the Independent Network team on a Fixed Term basis

These roles are field based with occasional head office working, covering geographic territories across the UK. As such, candidates must should possess a valid driving licence, as there will be a need to work away from home along with scheduling webex sales meetings and working through industry database opportunities via email and telephone.

The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting new installers to the Independent Network membership and in turn increasing sales for VEKA.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent drive and sales acumen with the ability to recruit and convert new members. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are therefore essential, together with the ability to engage and exceed expectations in a pressured target driven environment.

Understanding and knowledge of the fenestration market would be an advantage to the role and prior experience within fenestration sales, coupled with an existing network of contacts would also support an application. Candidates who have worked within a Trade Association/ membership organisation would also be of interest, as this role is selling the benefits of membership to the prospect installer.

Overall, this position requires self-motivated, and enthusiastic individuals with excellent organisational and time management skills who can demonstrate and live the Company Values.

Remuneration for the position is commission based linked with an attractive base salary and benefits package.
