This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Outside Sales professional. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, addressing customer needs, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include promoting and selling automation products, conducting training sessions for customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The Technical Outside Sales representative will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery and foster long-term client satisfaction.

• Field Service knowledge and ability to provide technical support to clients
• Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
• Sales expertise with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
• Experience in Training customers to ensure effective use of products
• Account Management skills, including maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in industrial components or automation sales is a plus
