• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Advocate for customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders at aligned accounts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIS/ERP solutions to effectively communicate value to clients
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive corporate culture and community engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRM systems and accurate forecasting
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to change
• Integrity, personal accountability, and a collaborative mindset
