Youll manage 15 outbound telesales advisors, driving call activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance in a fast-paced sales operation.

Key Responsibilities Manage, motivate, and develop a high-volume outbound telesales team Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Drive KPIs including call volume, conversion, revenue, and quality Conduct live call listening, coaching, and performance management Improve conversion rates, revenue per advisor, and productivity Manage performance in a remote dialler-based telemarketing environment Hold advisors accountable to numbers and results
