Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through key account management and competitive conversions in the healthcare market
  • Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively to stakeholders
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders within targeted accounts
  • Execute effective territory planning and administrative duties
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a competitive and strategic mindset
  • Availability for overnight travel and flexible working hours (approximately 25-35% of time)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with CRM systems recommended
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in wound care and surgical markets
  • Additional background in Business to Business sales
