This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Associate position based in Pinetop, AZ, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Associate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing tailored advice and support throughout the real estate process. Day-to-day responsibilities include showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and staying up-to-date with real estate market trends.

Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to deliver excellent experiences
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales successfully
• Proficiency in understanding market trends and identifying client needs
• Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
• Active real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the Pinetop, AZ region is advantageous
