Overview
WHO ARE WE? National leaders in structural and fiscal health for condos & commercial buildings. We have recovered 1 billion dollars; operate in 19 states with 35 employees and offices in FL and NJ. We are a small, performance-driven team. We invest in our people to corner the market. We want a hunter with elite numbers, work ethic and mentality. Low-to-no-maintenance;
and a life purpose with no babysitting or pushing a rock uphill for you.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Two out of five services we sell are legally mandated: engineering reports for structural safety; and reserve studies for condos’ 30-year budgets. Structural and fiscal health for aging buildings—that’s it. If you can’t sell what laws are pushing for you, please STOP READING. This urgent wave of compliance is our entry into construction & government by 2027. Our other three sectors integrate our decades of insurance recovery: damage claims, appraisals, FEMA.
WHY?
We are looking for a closer. We don’t need a business developer. There are two kinds of closers: those who work hard and those who don’t. If you’re still reading, you know which is our kind. You’re the one generating 50 opportunities weekly and the one closing them. Your base salary covers lead-generation and admin work. This is a career play in sales, not just a salary.
The real excitement is the commissions.
HOW?
Mondays and Fridays — work from home, strictly through our CRM. Hunt 50+ leads and nurture all open deals each day. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — you’re on the road visiting 15+ companies each day. Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos, weekly.
HOW MUCH?
Average first-year OTE is $125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions. Good first-year OTE is $150-200K; great is $200K+ (doable, not a sold pipe-dream). Different tiers for different hunger—we explain all in real-life examples if you make the 2nd interview. We top it off with a heavy benefits package:

TO BE CONSIDERED?
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years in HOA/Condo or engineering-type industries.
- 3 years of B2B territory sales.
- Elite work ethic, drive, and discipline.
- Senior-level polish and execution.
- Superb adaptability to thrive with clients, management and under pressure.
- Executive-level communication and public speaking.
- Outside-the-box analytics; creative problem-solving.
- 3 years with a CRM;
Google Docs, Sheets & platform 100% fluency. - A valid driver’s license and a car.
