• Solicit orders and sell Medtronic spinal products while adhering to company policies
• Maintain and manage consignment and loaner inventory in assigned territory
• Provide case coverage and manage accounts effectively within the territory
• Prepare and submit required call reports to the District Sales Manager
• Resolve customer complaints and recommend product modifications or additions as needed

• High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including 2 years in medical sales; OR
• High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; OR
• Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of sales experience; OR
• Associate’s Degree AND 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people and personalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in an operating room setting
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules
• Experience in Ortho, Spine, or O.R. settings strongly preferred
