You’ll be tenacious and creative in your pursuit of it.
One of your main support areas will be German key accounts, here it is of great importance to have good understanding the German function and the ability to work in a cross functional way.
This home-office based position can ideally be implemented from Mid- or South-Germany.
Commercial Growth
- Oversee Sales and Account Management for the defined sector
- Increase annual sales for a defined customer base
- Achieve sales objectives, delivering on KPI´s and leading counteractions if growth is off track
Customer Relation
- Drive daily activities with huge passion for developing customers
- Build strong executive level relationships with key Tiers and to understand their long-term business and market requirements.
Strategic Positioning
- Responsible for the development and execution of our global customer strategy.
- Maintain constant knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors, and customer strategies.
Team Building
- Ensure excellent knowledge sharing and collaboration within the Bulten Group team
Reporting
- Provide regular updates, revisions, and modifications to the Sales plan
- Track weekly/monthly sales volume to goal and from this develop strategies to react to declining sales or to increase stagnating sales
- 3 years working experience within Sales/Customer related
- University degree in economics or engineering with a focus on Marketing & Sales or a comparable education
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation with multi-cultural team, as well as customers
- Fluent in English and German
- A pleasant working atmosphere and motivated team in an international company
