** Sales Representative
** to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers across the Southeastern United  this role you will utilize your technical selling skills and expertise, focusing on front facing industrial/commercial customers in rental sales.

Carrier Rental Systems offers Rental Solutions including:
Industrial Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, Air Handlers, Cooling Towers, Electric and Gas Heaters.
*** The territory includes Georgia and Northeast Alabama.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Manage and grow the assigned geographic territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
* Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
* Actively search for and close new business opportunities.
* Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
* Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
* Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.

* Required Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience with rental equipment OR commercial/industrial HVAC.
* Valid Driver’s License
* Ability to travel including overnight up to 50% within the territory
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** HVAC or Building Technologies sales experience
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
* Working experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
* Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer-centric mindset
