We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist (digital solutions) for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with technology solutions, particularly in customer experience or accommodation industries recommended
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
• Sales and sales management experience for creating strategies, closing deals, and achieving business goals
• Proven digital marketing expertise, including hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Linked In
• Must be comfortable setting up, monitoring, optimizing, and adjusting ad spend to maximize ROI
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and address their needs
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to inform strategy and budget allocation
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on products and solutions
• Proficiency in market research, strategic thinking, and data analysis to drive marketing initiatives
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment, with occasional work-from-home permissions
• Valid drivers and own vehicle

• Drive customer acquisition, manage relationships, and promote products to targeted markets
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Delivering product training and demonstrations
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Track sales metrics and manage accounts
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction
• This is a full-time hybrid role based in East London, with some flexibility for remote work

Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 per month CTC - negotiable dependant on experience.
