What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
  • Establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and office staff
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues and home office personnel to address customer needs
  • Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
  • Engage in initiatives to promote sales success at industry congresses and medical conferences
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
    Master’s degree or other advanced education/certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Immunology market or similar specialty market
  • Proven success in complex markets across diverse customer segments
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
  • Strong commitment to ethics and compliance in sales practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Dermatology is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong and consistent sales performance that exceeds product goals
  • Passion for science and proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease-state and treatment options
  • Competitive spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Ability to dynamically shift focus in alignment with overarching brand strategy
