What to Expect
  • Lead account management and business development initiatives for major global companies
  • Develop and deliver compelling value-based proposals to senior management decision-makers
  • Execute account strategies to meet or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and leverage relationships within the client’s organization to uncover additional service opportunities
  • Manage the RFQ process, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and effective communication of client needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • 10-12 years of Tier 1 and OEM Strategic Account Sales experience in relevant industries
  • Proven experience selling to Top 100 global companies
  • Strong existing relationships within the electronic components distribution and global supply chain industries
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 15-20+ years of sales and leadership experience with a strong network of industry connections
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud/Hyperscaler and semiconductor decision-making processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
