- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or similar specialty markets
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets
- Ability to travel and manage large geographic territories
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance
- Experience in dermatology sales is preferred
- Demonstrated success in engaging diverse customer segments
- Passion for learning and staying informed on healthcare trends and treatment options
