What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promoting and servicing Medtronic's CA Solutions’ products
  • Conduct sales calls and manage overall relationships to achieve sales goals
  • Implement quarterly sales plans and maintain knowledge of product offerings
  • Provide clinical and technical support to customers and conduct training to expand market reach
  • Complete administrative tasks including reporting on competitive activity and customer preferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience in medical devices, Med Tech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales
  • Experience in technical sales (TDS) and familiarity with medical devices
