This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Marketing Representative based in Clinton Township, MI, with some remote work flexibility. The representative will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, engaging with potential customers, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with clients, delivering effective sales pitches, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions as needed.

This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to generating leads.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address client needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales, including identifying leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales & Marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and awareness.
• Capability to conduct Training sessions to educate customers or team members about product offerings and best practices.
• Goal-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, and adaptability to a hybrid work environment.
• Previous experience in retail or telecommunications is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in marketing or sales is a plus.
