Position: Digital Health Zone Sales Manager - Acute Care and Monitoring (Central)

Responsibilities
  • Drive aggressive lead generation and appointment setting to create sales opportunities
  • Manage pipeline growth and execute strategies to close new business
  • Exceed assigned financial goals for the Health Cast portfolio
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships with IT and clinical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of sales experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years of sales experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of strategic selling or related software/informatics sales experience in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of hospital technical and social environments
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in strategic selling or related software/informatics sales
  • Background in EMR/EHR and/or medical device connectivity
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies
  • Proven leadership and change management skills
