Key Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors
  • Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and Linked In outreach
  • Customise messaging based on research and target buyer personas
  • Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads
  • Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance
  • Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred, not mandatory for junior roles).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career
