What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and achieve regional sales quotas
- Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable through CRM systems
- Motivate and lead a national field sales team, providing training and coaching to enhance performance
- Drive to exceed sales targets and develop robust strategic business plans quarterly
- Monitor and guide the sales team to improve selling skills and build sustainable customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of medical sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing a national field sales team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and sales tracking database systems
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills

- Experience optimizing CRM systems and utilizing Power BI dashboards
- Strong goal-setting and implementation skills with a proven record of accomplishments
- Demonstrated presentation creation and delivery skills
