Real Estate Sales Professional with English Language Skills

• At least 3 years' experience in the real estate industry;
• English proficiency at C1 level or above: client enquiries come from the USA, direct communication will be with them;
• Experience with CRM (we use Bitrix
  24), knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets;
• Independence, activity, initiative at work;
• Technical ability to work remotely (laptop, good internet connection).

• Remotely support and manage clients referred from the call centre;
• Liaising with partners in the area to find properties to suit client requirements;
• Conducting video conferences and online presentations, managing shared chats;
• Reporting in Bitrix
  24;
• Your role will be to liaise with clients, provide excellent customer service and deliver quality services as an international estate agent. You will work remotely in collaboration with local partners.

• Desired:
  Knowledge of the real estate sales region in one of the following countries UAE, Turkey, Spain, Thailand, USA, Cyprus, Vietnam (experience of travelling, working and/or living in the location);
• Knowledge of languages other than English is an advantage.
