360 is searching for an Inside Sales Representative - Oncology. This fully remote position offers an opportunity to connect and care for patients, providers, and communities while advancing our mission to better the lives of those battling cancer and rare diseases.
Base Salary range: $55k-$70k annually; plus commission.

360 products and services. This single point of contact role involves evaluating referrals, performing care coordination, and ensuring service level requirements are met, often in coordination with a mirrored outside sales representative.
- Seek opportunities to improve prescriber experience process and collaborate with Pharmacy Ops and outside sales to achieve prescriber experience improvement and sales goals.
- Achieve designated call expectations for assigned prescribers, focusing on top targets, key influencers, and pipeline leads.
- Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key oncology practice and hospital‑based business relationships within the targeted regional territory.
- Assist with sales escalations and routinely communicate with field sales representative partners about details impacting prescriber or patient experience.
- Support education and delivery of key messages and product presentations within initiatives (e.g., Selling Our Success communication, drug launches) to ensure territory meets performance requirements.
- Forward calls relating to clinical information and questions (e.g., dosing directions, adverse events, counseling) to staff pharmacists.
- Document and meticulously record updates in each patient’s profile and/or CRM regarding every aspect of a customer’s/physician’s care or needs.
- Use discretion and independent judgment to handle customer complaints, documenting and forwarding to appropriate administrative staff.
- Obtain and manage prescriber communication preferences.
- Nurture and manage prescriber relationships to improve loyalty and retention.
- Utilize SPOC tool to ensure all SPOC account prescriptions are processed quickly and efficiently throughout the workflow process.
- Assist operations staff and prescriber offices with prior authorizations by following up on outstanding issues and coordinating communication.
- Ensure prescription renewal requests are communicated in a timely manner to maintain continuity of care when applicable.
- Collaborate with sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Preferred 2+ years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience – familiarity with general pharmacy terminology, billing quantity, SIG codes, roman numerals, brand and generic names, and IV dosage calculations/day supply.
- Preferred 2+ years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or other health services‑related industry.
- Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
- Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
- Familiarity with oncology providers, drugs, clinics, and hospital communities.
- Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty, and PBM drug benefits.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, administrative, and office skills.
- Proficient in data entry, verbal and computer skills, and the ability to learn the department’s software system including CRM.
- Team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals with minimal supervision.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, and senior management.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference and apply percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical solutions.
- Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality.
