• Drive new technology solutions into large hospital and outpatient pharmacies using a thorough sales methodology
• Develop and execute strategic plans with key accounts to articulate value and expand services
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, within target organizations
• Conduct needs-based analyses to identify opportunities and coordinate communication within the Health System segment
• Ensure compliance with sales, support, finance, legal, and leadership processes for contract execution

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in selling new business opportunities to large organizations
• Proven track record of new business growth and renewal success
• Experience in managing executive relationships effectively
• Knowledge of SaaS services or pharmacy software applications
• Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels

• 4-year degree with an emphasis in sales & marketing, strategic planning, or business management
• Experience working in a remote environment with travel requirements
• Strong analytical skills to utilize Salesforce for market data reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare technology trends and applications
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures to uncover needs
