• Starting base salary $45 k.
• Average earnings $55‑k k to $75 k k – base + commission.
• Top performers can earn $85 k+.

• 16‑week program for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed.
• Includes licensing, medical benefits, and equipment.
• Remote work – home office with dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet 100 Mbps download.
• Schedule:
  
  4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, 11 a.m.–8 p.m. (CST) minimum 12 months.

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult for coverage fit.
• Convert leads into policyholders while maintaining brand integrity.
• Adapt to remote or office settings, respect scheduling and workplace standards.

• 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient typing and PC skills.
• Property & Casualty license – training provided if not available.
