The Territory Manager primary focus is on new business development within a defined territory. He or she will become extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. He or she will call on business owners, senior-level decision makers and executives to promote Handcraft's solutions in support of linens and uniforms for healthcare institutions.

This is a remote position with daily travel within the territory to include Asheville NC, Johnson City TN, Kingsport TN, Bristol TN, Roanoke VA and north to Harrisonburg, Winchester, VA and Martinsburg, WVA. With a projected start date of October 13, 2025.

Candidates for this position will be working remotely from the Ashville, NC, Johnson City, Kingsport or Bristol, TN area. Hand Craft will not be offering relocation assistance with this position.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Previous experience selling solutions versus commodities in a highly competitive market Experience with contractual business sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
• A positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, and a professional appearance.
• The ability to deliver world class customer service.
• A proven track record in new business development is a plus, but not required.

Candidates for this position will be working remotely from Asheville, NC and the Tri-Cities TN area and should live locally . Hand Craft will not be offering relocation assistance with this position.
