• Achieve North America revenue goals and targets for the Cellular Workflow Automation product platform in the assigned territory
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date customer database in
• Generate accurate monthly forecasting for the assigned territory
• Perform lead generation activities including eblasts, seminars, and workdays with business partners
• Attend and participate in regional and local product shows as a brand ambassador for Molecular Devices

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline
• Minimum 5 years of capital equipment sales experience in the life science industry
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Knowledge of cell line development, cell culture and automation technology
• Track record of successful capital equipment sales/customer‑facing experience

• Travel up to 50% (overnight trips within territory or locations)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Knowledge of cellular imaging technology
• Experience with Microsoft applications, , CRM database

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.

Salary range: $115,000 – $126,500. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). Total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $205,000 – $230,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may vary based on individual sales performance.
